Job description Responsibilities Attend to all general conveyancing works including project and sub sale SPA and banking documentation works from initial until completion Attend signing with clients, review legal documents All other types of work assigned from time to time. Qualifications Possess Law Degree with valid Practicing Certificate 2 to 3 years experience in handling project and sub sale SPA and loan documentation works Good command of written and spoken English/Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin (more advantage) Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management and leadership skills Follow up with clients and manage files effectively and result oriented Able to work independently and also as a team Possess sense of commitment to job responsibilities Office: Permas Jaya City Working hours: 8.30a.m - 6.00p.m (Monday - Friday) Salary Offered: RM5,000-RM7,000
