- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior cashier or retail experience is an advantage.
- Minimum qualification: SPM certificate or equivalent.
- Strong numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Honest, reliable, and customer-focused.
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions, including cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Ensure accurate billing and provide receipts to customers.
- Handle refunds, exchanges, or discounts according to store policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Monitor cash register supplies, such as paper rolls and change.
- Report discrepancies or issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Assist in stock counting, labeling, and merchandising when needed.
- Provide information to customers about promotions, loyalty programs, or discounts.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
