Job Description

We are looking for manufacturing Planner for developing, coordination, and monitoring production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities & Duties

? Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and inventory targets

? Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials

? Monitor production progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule

? Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements

? Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance to resolve production issues

? Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports

? Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

? Manage inventory levels to minimize excess stock and reduce costs

? Facilitate communication between production teams and management

? Participate in cross-functional team meetings to discuss production goals and strategies

Qualifications & Skills

? Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (Preferred)

? Proven experience in manufacturing planning or production scheduling

? Proficiency in using ERP/MRP systems and production planning software

? Strong organizational and time management skills

? Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

? Understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows

? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

? Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
