Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Handle food and beverage orders and serve Guide customers in using the karaoke system and assist with song selection Maintain cleanliness of karaoke rooms Troubleshoot basic audio/visual equipment issues Manage song queues and ensure a smooth flow of performances Maintain a lively and enjoyable atmosphere for guests Support team members with daily operations, opening, and closing tasks

Qualifications

With or without experience (training provided) Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented Basic knowledge of karaoke systems is an advantage but not required Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays High school graduate or equivalent
