Job description
-Take ownership of the respective outlet’s performance and develop proposals to increase revenue.
-Managing a team of 2-6 capable sales consultants.
-Liaise with HQ in developing marketing plans for the store.
-Act as the product expert and advise customers on our product values.
-Ensure their respective store is presentable and attractive to customers.
-Develop a strong customer database to create customer loyalty.
Requirements:
-Excellent command of English, Bahasa Malaysia
-Prior experience managing staff would be desirable.
-A numbers-driven personality for sales.
-Able to work weekends and public holidays.

Basic Salary Range: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
