Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle data entry for invoices, receipts, and payments Assist in preparing financial documents such as payment vouchers, debit/credit notes, and bank reconciliations Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable Perform daily bookkeeping tasks using accounting software (e.g. SQL, UBS, AutoCount) Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting Prepare and file relevant financial documents

Requirements:



Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices Familiar with accounting software (e.g. SQL, UBS, AutoCount) Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Able to work accurately and independently Prior experience in accounting or finance is an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 4-6 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
