1.Memberi sokongan pentadbiran dan perkeranian kepada jabatan. 2. Jenis laporan, pesanan pembelian, memorandum dan dokumen lain. 3. Menyelidik vendor dan mengumpul harga, spesifikasi dan data lain yang berkaitan dengan barangan dan perkhidmatan. 4. Mewujudkan dan menyelenggara sistem penyimpanan rekod untuk jabatan pembelian. 4. Menjalankan tugas-tugas lain yang diarahkan.
Koperasi Kakitangan PETRONAS Berhad (KOPETRO) was established on 30th October 1980. Granted with an allocation of RM ten thousand and a team seconded by the PETRONAS Personnel Department, it was tasked to launch and to maintain a cooperative that provides financial aid to its members.
