Job Description

Job Purpose:



To assist in coordinating and handling all documentation and administrative tasks related to import and export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing in compliance with customs and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare, check, and submit shipping and customs documentation for import and export activities. Liaise with forwarding agents, transporters, customs officers, and port authorities to ensure smooth cargo movement. Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely clearance and delivery. Update shipment status and maintain accurate records of all documents and correspondence. Assist in preparing reports and filing documentation for audit and compliance purposes. Coordinate with internal departments (Warehouse, Accounts, and Operations) on shipment-related matters. Handle data entry, filing, and other administrative duties related to forwarding operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, customs regulations, and safety procedures.

Requirements:



Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. At least 1-2 years of working experience in forwarding, shipping, or logistics. Basic knowledge of customs clearance procedures and shipping documentation. Good communication and coordination skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
