Merancang strategi HR selaras dengan visi dan misi syarikat.
Menyelia keseluruhan fungsi HR: Recruiting, Training & Development, Performance Management, Payroll & Employee Relations.
Membangunkan polisi dan SOP HR yang teratur dan sistematik.
Menilai dan meningkatkan sistem penilaian prestasi staf (KPI, appraisal & disciplinary).
Menjadi penasihat kepada pengurusan tertinggi dalam hal-hal berkaitan undang-undang pekerjaan & pematuhan (compliance).
Membimbing dan melatih pasukan HR agar lebih cekap & efisien.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
