THE POSITION
(In-country) Sales Performance and growth by products (brands) by channels and/or by respective institutional outlets
Expand products portfolio to increase uptake and achieve annual sales growth
Achievement of individual sales target (in-country)
Develop and maintain strong business relationship with decision makers of targeted Health Care Professionals
Maintain complete understanding of the account and their practice for market access, including roles of individual stakeholders and key opinion leaders
Responsible for the implementation of the key account plan for the identified accounts and account purchasing points.
Responsible for access and growth in respective key account institutions.
Tasks & responsibilities
A. Develops and implements action plans for the identified key accounts based on the national strategy covering the following points:
Responsible to achieve each key account sales target
Identifies business opportunities/ potential for defined or new key accounts
Supporting Market Access in Formulary Listing
Ensuring Institutional access & growth in key products in respective institution(s)
B. Customer Engagement
Ensure Key stakeholders are seen and relationships are built for the organization in the respective institutions and formulary listing
Assesses business opportunities implementation programs for defined account
Evaluates ongoing activities based on the national plans
Ensuring database of Key opinion Leaders, Committee Members & Stakeholders are relevant through Veeva \xe2\x80\xa2 Veeva Input - ensuring daily & factual interaction submission
C. Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel.
Focusing on growing and developing through key product expansions in existing clients, together with generating new business (listing of products in institutions)
D. Coordinating Function:
Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.
E. Compliance Ethic:
Comply with BI Code of Conduct, the Anti-Corruption Policy and Code of Good Marketing Practice Healthcare by abiding company policies and procedures.

Requirements
Comprehensive knowledge of institutions (MOEs) and MOH processes in access and purchasing
Previous experience in Account Management or Territory Sales and display an attitude that is key to success\\
Strong account management and relationship building skills.
Highly self-motivated. Personal qualities of initiative, drive, self-confident and commitment to succeed in professional selling are essential.
Must be result oriented and able to work independently and within a team environment
