• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a customer-facing role, preferably within the retail or luxury goods industry.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to effectively address client needs and resolve issues.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage accounts and track performance.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Butterworth.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with content creators/hosts
• Act as the main contact for assigned accounts, addressing their needs, concerns and inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with content creators to enhance their content engagement.
• Explore potential cross-promotion opportunities.
• Monitor the performance of assigned accounts
• Assist and guide content creators/hosts in developing strategies for content optimization and diversification.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in platform policies and algorithms.
• Generate regular reports on the performance and growth of assigned accounts.
• Communicate with internal teams, management and content creators/hosts to ensure projection alignment and transparency.
