JOB SUMMARY:

Support daily administrative and sales operations, including:

Preparing accurate quotes for daily pricing, sourcing, and special items Processing and entering customer orders Maintaining customer delivery dates in the system Following up on delivery due dates with the Purchasing Team Coordinating orders and deliveries between warehouse and clients Working with the Credit Team on PI payments and overdue accounts Handling RMA issues with customers Providing general administrative support to the Sales Team Managing post-sales follow-ups and customer inquiries Servicing existing and new accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business targets Conducting quarterly excess reviews with customers
Candidates should possess a strong understanding of internal systems and operations functions, along with basic product and technical knowledge.

QUALIFICATION / BACKGROUND:

Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Planning

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales environment managing customer accounts, or strong background in supply chain planning/fulfillment roles such as buyer or planner Results- and quality-driven mindset Excellent information management and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, dynamic environment with strong collaboration skills Good problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude High attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure Positive, enthusiastic, and confident demeanor Fluent in written and spoken English
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
