Job Responsibilities :
- Establish new customers by implementing appropriate sales strategies and tactics
- Develop and maintain a successful business relationship with customers by providing support, guidance and recommending quality and service
- Provide service to existing customers via calls, emails or visitation. Focus sales effort by studying the existing orders and potential new products orders.
- Handle customers\' query by preparing costing and products specification then liaise with Key Account Manager Support on generating quotations.
- Follow up on quotation and sample submission status.
- Ensure customers\'s feedback and/or compaplaints are handled timely. Work effectively with various internal departments to investigate customers\' complaints, develop solutions; prepare reports ; and make recommendations to customer.
- Responsible for preparing and presenting sales performance reports, forecast and weekly activities reports.
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of working experience in the field of sales/marketing/account management field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Outlook, Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Result-oriented and self motivated individual.
- Good in communication and problem soving.
- Language requirement ;English : Written & Spoken
- Candidate that fluent in Mandarin will have an added advantages as need to deal with Mandarin Speaking Clients
- Possess own transportation and have the ability to travel across East Coast Region
