Position Overview



The

Key Accounts Executive

is responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships while supporting the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and brand activation projects. This role ensures that client needs are met with excellence and that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This position is a full-time position, based in Kuala Lumpur city.

Key Responsibilities



1. Account Management



Act as the main point of contact for assigned key clients, ensuring clear communication and strong working relationships. Understand client objectives, brand guidelines, and project requirements. Build long-term partnerships by consistently providing excellent service and creative solutions.

2. Project Coordination



Work closely with internal design, production, and operations teams to plan and execute events and exhibition projects. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones including proposals, design approvals, production, logistics, setup, and dismantling. Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure smooth execution.

3. Business Support



Assist in identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts through up-selling and cross-selling of services. Collaborate with the Business Development team to prepare quotations, costings, and tenders. Provide post-event evaluation and client feedback reports to improve service quality.

4. Administrative Tasks



Maintain accurate records of client communications, project details, and billing information.

Requirements



Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Event Management, or related fields. 1-3 years of experience in

events, exhibitions, or client servicing

(fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
