Key Account Executive



:

Serve as the primary liaison for assigned key accounts, building strong and lasting client relationships. Maintain consistent communication and ensure prompt resolution of client issues. Conduct regular business or account reviews to identify client needs, evaluate service performance, and propose suitable solutions. Tailor cleaning service offerings based on unique client requirements, industry best practices, and operational capabilities. Collaborate with operations, QA, supervisors, and administration teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Monitor on-site performance to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and contract specifications. Monitor contract timelines and ensure all agreements are updated, renewed, and aligned with company profitability goals. Lead negotiations for contract renewals and amendments. Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maintain high client retention rates. Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, and business review presentations tailored to client needs. Stay updated on cleaning industry trends, equipment, chemical solutions, technology, and competitors. Provide strategic feedback to management regarding market changes and service improvement opportunities. Maintain proper client records and updates in the CRM system. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports such as account performance, revenue forecasts, risk assessments, and pipeline updates. Track and review service delivery outcomes and KPI achievements for each key account. Implement corrective measures when performance gaps are identified. Perform other duties as assigned by the Directors/Group General Manager/Head of Operations and authorized personnel.
Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Facilities Management, or related fields. 2-3 years' experience in key account management, preferably in cleaning services, facilities management, or service-based industries. Proven experience handling corporate clients and managing service-driven accounts. Strong contract negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines. Computer literacy: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & CRM systems.
