We\'re hiring Key Account Executive (Commercial) to be based in Kuala Lumpur. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies. As an Account Executive, you will collaborate with our other verticals of the business closely for our client business objective. Career advancement opportunities might include progression to Key Account Manager/Business Strategist. With considerable experience and a proven track record, you may progress to working at senior manager, director, and executive level. : Developing and sustaining strong and trustworthy relationships with key clients. Developing a thorough understanding of key clients\' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions. Addressing and resolving key clients\' complaints and escalations Basic data report analysis to conduct regular business review with clients. Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients. Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and developing plans to pursue those opportunities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that client needs are met. Providing regular updates to senior management on account performance and identifying areas for improvement. Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices in key account management. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle through the engagement of appropriate resources such as Professional Services, Customer Success, and Marketing Job Requirement: Bachelor\'s degree in business, finance, management, or related field 1 - 3 years work experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role in Marketing. Welcome fresh graduates with good attitude as well. Good command in English. Well-developed communication as well as presentation skills Ability to successfully negotiate about business conditions. Proactive mindset and excellent project and time management skills Ability to oversee all details of concurrently running projects. Goal-oriented, sales driven, organized team player.
