Proactively identify and drive sales opportunities, ideally in a B2C environment, by identifying opportunities and recommending upgrades, add-ons and referrals based on each student's needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing parents to drive repeat subscription, upsells and renewals.
Contribute ideas and initiatives to achieve both company and personal sales targets.
Manage the overall customer experience and journey, ensuring a seamless process while reinforcing the value of Geniebook to encourage continued active usage.
Engage and support students to keep them motivated in their learning journey, ensuring consistent usage and long-term value.
Build trust and loyalty through customer journeys by regular, proactive communication with students and parents.
Address concerns promptly, ensuring service levels (SLAs) are met and delivering a positive experience for both students and parents.
Analyze and share student's learning progress with parents to highlight improvements and reinforce the value of Geniebook, increasing retention.
Motivate and guide students in setting and achieving academic goals.
Identify student strengths and areas for improvement, providing personalized guidance.
