A Key Account Executive/Manager (Sales) is responsible for driving sales, building relationships with key retail clients, and executing strategic business plans to maximize revenue. This role involves negotiating agreements, ensuring effective product distribution, and optimizing customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Building and Maintaining Relationships:
Establish strong, long-term relationships with key retail clients, understanding their needs and goals.
2. Negotiating Agreements:
Negotiate terms of sale, including price, payment terms, delivery lead times, and promotional strategies.
3. Sales Growth:
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share within key accounts.
4. Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales objectives and drive business growth.
5. Customer Service:
Address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Product Management:
Understand the needs of retail clients, making recommendations for product placement, merchandising, and promotions.
7. Reporting and Analysis:
Track key account performance, prepare reports for senior management, and analyze market trends.
8. Team Management (when applicable):
Supervise sales teams or account managers who work with key accounts.
9. Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, including marketing, logistics, and product development, to meet client needs and deliver results.

Handle any tasks assigned by the Head of Sales & Marketing and other key management personnel.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
