Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Growth

Develop and execute plans to drive revenue growth for all company products. Establish and control budgets for sales promotions and trade expenses. Negotiate yearly trading terms with customers. Minimize returns through optimal product mix and forecast allocation. Forecast sales and gather insights on market trends to improve performance. Curate value-based selling offerings to enhance key accounts' sales effectiveness and long-term relationships.

2. Customer Relationship Management

Visit customers/retailers regularly to understand their needs, resolve issues, and build strong relationships. Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their objectives. Serve as the communication link between key customers/retailers and internal teams. Resolve issues and complaints to maintain trust and align with business objectives.

3. Merchandising & Promotion

Ensure optimal display locations and adherence to planograms. Collaborate with marketing to execute promotions and generate high sales volume. Prepare and implement strong selling stories based on inputs from Marketing, Category Marketing, and Key Account teams. Monitor and report on promotional effectiveness and sales performance. Support merchandising efforts by identifying display locations and collaborating with product specialists.

4. Other Tasks

Ensure timely and accurate customer payments Ensure collections and aging are up-to-date for assigned accounts. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ Business/ Supply Chain or equivalent. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin/Hokkien/Cantonese Minimum 3 years' experience in related field. A hands-on, proactive, independent, responsible, high integrity, detail and result-oriented person. Good task management and cross functional team coordination skills (a team player) Excellent communications skills, collaborate easily with others, and adapt agilely. Possess own transport.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
