Manage day-to-day operations of assigned key accounts (e.g., Watsons, Guardian)
Work closely with buyers and category managers to execute promotions, listings, and Campaigns
Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance to optimize inventory and forecast demand
Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand activations and point-of-sale Strategies
Lead periodic business reviews with retail partners
Track competitor activity and provide market feedback to internal teams
Work with supply chain to ensure timely delivery and minimize stockouts
Support the Head of Sales in meeting overall channel sales targets
Identify, negotiate, and onboard new pharmacy accounts to expand brand presence
beyond existing key retailers.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in key account management or retail sales, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or FMCG
Strong knowledge of health & beauty retail operations (Watsons, Guardian, etc.)
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data-driven reporting
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience working with fast-changing or trend-based products is a plus
Experience in pharmacy channel development and new account acquisition will be an advantage.
Benefits:
