What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do
You\xe2\x80\x98ll be the first point of contact for our Certified Systems Integrators (CSI) customers, end to end account management and identify / hunt potential partners within assigned geography.
Execute sales and deliver operational targets in the context of local market trends and opportunities
Develop, maintain and improve long-term partnership with customers with target to establish Signify as a preferred lighting products and solutions provider
Enable long term profitable growth within the managed accounts by building up new leads and customized offers to existing and potential customers
Maximize sales performance & profitability. Ensures continued cost-efficiency and profitability by determining the appropriate balance between price, sales volume, and other factors.
Train customers to develop the market and how to sell our systems and solutions\xe2\x80\x99 offerings
Your qualifications
A bold, resourceful self-starter with knack for adding value in unexpected places. You live and breathe our company values and come equipped with the following competencies. Strategic thinker with focus on execution and strong understanding of B2B sales ecosystem in Malaysia.
Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering or related course
A minimum of 5 years of experience selling products and solutions is preferred, account management experience within projects / systems integrator accounts
Experience in solution selling to industries like Manufacturing, Government, Hospitality, Water and Power concessionaires (Utilities), and building/real-estate management companies
Value based, consultative seller that can manage large deals from demand creation to contract execution and fulfillment/install
Excellent communication and presentation skills both in English, Mandarin/Hookien and Bahasa Malaysia language.
Must have full legal authority to work in Malaysia without the need for visa sponsorship from the company
