For more information, please visit About the job: We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Key Account Maager for our team in Terengganu, Malaysia If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have direct impact on an ever-growing business, this might be the place for you! The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing teams, and working closely with management. The role will be based in Terengganu and reports to the Team Lead (Account Management). What will you be doing Tasked with the care of a portfolio of partners accounts, you will be expected to: Manage and expand relationships with existing clients and proactively identify further new business opportunities Maintain and grow the revenue of each account Be both data-sensitive and sales-minded Monitor each account\'s performance metrics and ensure compliance with foodpanda\'s operational standards Work with internal support functions to ensure that every deal that goes live on the platform meets quality standards Strong knowledge of all aspects of the foodpanda\'s business model and the online food ordering market Who are we looking for 5 - 7 years\' experience within a client management role preferable Proven B2B sales experience would be an advantage, preferably within the areas of F&B, media, advertising and e-commerce Experience leading a team will also be considered an advantage Able to multi-task Outstanding knowledge of MS Office Good knowledge of CRM software Knowledge in Salesforce is a plus Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company\'s success Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player with good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Enthusiastic and passionate A proficient communicator with experience in presenting to high level Able to write and communicate in English This is an amazing opportunity to build your knowledge of the food delivery business in Malaysia.
