Managing Key accounts to drive sales growth, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen customer loyalty. Build and maintain long-term relationships with major clients while exploring new business opportunities. Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to support informed business decisions. Develop and execute customized promotional and trade initiatives that ensure a strong return on investment. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless execution of account plans. Oversee account forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting. Address client issues promptly and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and retention. Guide and support junior team members to improve their performance and professional development. Deliver regular business reviews and progress updates to internal stakeholders and clients.

Job Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

6 to 8 years of experience

in sales or

key account management

within the

FMCG industry

, including at least 2 to 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Proven track record in managing major retail chain accounts and achieving strong sales performance. Experience in handling both international and local chain accounts such as Watsons, 99 Speedmart and Econsave. Proficient in English (written & verbal); ability to communicate in

Mandarin

is an added advantage. Strong analytical thinking, commercial acumen, and structured planning capabilities. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Able to manage and nurture customer relationships proactively and systematically, even without formal CRM systems.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
