Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, this is a role for a Key Account Manager who is a leader in their field. About the Key Account Manager (Food Category) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for the development of the sales team to high performance through on-road coaching of selling, business and behavioural skills, and the establishment of a team performance culture in line with the company\'s vision. Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implementing sales plan to achieve targeted sales and distribution objectives, within budgeted spend
• Manage designated key accounts by working with buyers, conducting campaigns, negotiating and executing merchandising excellence
• Conduct quarterly key account business review
• Manage designated sales personnel by conducting field training and coaching
• Review key accounts ageing and collection status to minimise disputes and late payments
• Monitor trade returns
• Provide quality input to marketing initiatives and assist in formulation of strategic sales opportunities.

To succeed in the Key Account Manager (Food Category) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix. Key Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma in marketing, business or related field
• Three to five years of work experience in key account management in the FMCG industry
• Good command of English and able to communicate effectively with key account buyers
• Good leadership skills and teamwork
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be passionate and able to work independently
• Must be able to multitask and good in following through
• Candidate must be willing to work at Puchong, Selangor
