Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers to grow market share and loyalty.
Develop and execute strategic account business plans aligned with customer needs.
Provide high-quality support and tailored solutions to major clients.
Lead direct sales processes and meet/exceed targets.
Introduce new products and maintain smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
5+ years in key account management, sales, or business development in mining, manufacturing, or heavy industry.
Proven track record managing strategic customer accounts.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in English; additional SEA languages a plus.
Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia.
