Position Title:

Key Account Manager (IT Network)

Location:

Aurora Place, Bandar Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur

Working Arrangement:

Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM

What You'll Be Doing:



Develop Sales Strategies:

Plan and execute effective sales strategies to boost revenue and meet company objectives.

Lead and Inspire:

Guide and motivate the sales team through coaching and performance management to achieve and exceed targets.

Nurture Client Relationships:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and trust.

Drive Account Growth:

Identify new business opportunities, upsell existing accounts, and create strategic account development plans.

Master Product Knowledge:

Develop deep understanding of company offerings to clearly articulate value propositions to clients.

Provide Client Support:

Serve as the primary contact for key clients, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement account strategies to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.

Forecast and Report:

Collaborate with the sales team to anticipate client needs, track performance, and present progress reports to management.

Evaluate Performance:

Conduct regular team reviews and provide feedback to improve sales performance and effectiveness.

Who They're Looking For:



Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or sales. Knowledge of

Cybersecurity, Infrastructure Networking, Cloud, and Data Server Solutions

is an advantage. Fresh graduates with strong interest in IT sales are also encouraged to apply.

Track Record:

Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Malay, and Chinese to effectively engage diverse clients.

Leadership Qualities:

Strong ability to motivate and guide a sales team toward achieving common objectives.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

Capable of identifying challenges and developing creative, strategic solutions.

Technical Acumen:

Familiarity with

Cloud and Security solutions

to better understand client requirements and propose suitable offerings.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
