Requirements
Experience in Key Account / Influencer / Live Commerce / E-commerce is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Fast learner, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about social media, trends, and creator platforms (TikTok/FB/IG Live).
Able to work flexible hours based on live-stream schedules.
Responsibilities
Manage and build strong relationships with Live Hosts & Key Accounts.
Pull GMV and prepare live hours for monthly report to calculate commission
Plan, coordinate, and execute daily/weekly live activities to boost sales and engagement.
Monitor hosts' performance, provide coaching, and ensure smooth live sessions.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to create impactful campaigns.
Analyse data, track KPIs, and propose strategies to improve conversion & viewership.
Source, onboard and train new Live Hosts when needed.
