With a strategic network of offices and facilities, the company is well-equipped to facilitate seamless operations across Malaysia and potentially beyond. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in the logistics sector. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring prompt and effective communication. Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving business needs and provide tailored solutions. New Business Development: Identify and target potential clients within the logistics industry to expand the client base. Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential business opportunities. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and achieve sales targets. Solution Selling: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and present comprehensive logistics solutions that address clients\' specific challenges and objectives. Leverage in-depth knowledge of our logistics services to effectively communicate value propositions and benefits to clients. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field Proven track record of successful sales and account management in the logistics & freight forwarding industry, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management, and industry trends. Experience in handling China and US accounts in Logistics & Transportation.
