Team-building and provide resources to resolve problems
Develop strong analytical time management, to help Account Management Team to be able to manage and balance their workloads
To motivate and coach sales staffs, generate ideas where we can continuously making improvement of our work quality
Project Managements, to assist and lead team to coordinate and work on key customers' projects
Set and track sales targets, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
To involve and assist Account Management team to build up and maintain good customer relationships
To provide continuous training to Account Management team in order to maintain or improve team efficiency
Perform other related duties as assigned
Manage performance reviews and ensure to distribute performance goals to individual as well as team goals
Supervise inside sales team in accordance with company policies and procedures
Enforce an environment of open interaction to assure affirmative employee morale and effectual conflict resolution
Job Requirement:
2-3 years of working experience as an inside Sales manager/Account Manager
Excellent written and verbal communication and good follow-up skills
Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead, facilitate and organize
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Able to conversant in Mandarin and English for both verbal & written communication due to the needs liaise with China Team and US Team.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
