Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop Business opportunities, pipelines which lead to sales closure and to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Meet up with prospects to sell digital media, primarily Search Engine Marketing, Facebook & Instagram Advertising, and web design
  • Prepare proposals in a timely manner
  • Increase the organization\xe2\x80\x99s market share by penetrating new markets and renewals of clients\xe2\x80\x99 accounts which may contribute to revenue, sustainability and profitability objectives.
  • Follow up diligently with prospects to close the sale
  • Maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Commit strong growth in terms of achieving the assigned personal and overall company\xe2\x80\x99s sales and revenue targets.
  • To develop strategic marketing and comprehensive sales plan.
  • Reviews creative and other outputs to ensure that it reflects the strategy and objectives prior to presentation to the client.
  • Identifying prospective clients, cold calling to qualify them and organizing face-to-face meetings to conduct a full business needs analysis
  • Deep understanding of markets, customers, and competitors in order to target needs and drive sales.
  • Understand the needs of clients and translate requirements into campaign briefs for documentation.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Must have at least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the digital media industry
  • Proven track record of selling B2B products to SMEs
  • You are meticulous and have an eye for detail and you are able to spot the error in this sentence
  • Excellent people management, problem solving and collaboration skills
  • Good team player with positive and professional attitude
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin and Malay. (Good written and verbal communication skills - in order)
  • Mandarin speaking is required (need to liaise with Mandarin speaking client)
