Job responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction. Regularly visit clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals and expand market share. Monitor sales performance, analyze key account data, and create actionable improvement plans. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement promotional campaigns. Ensure effective execution of promotional activities within key account channels. Handle contract negotiations with clients, including pricing, terms, and promotional budgets. Oversee the implementation of contracts to ensure compliance with company policies Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to provide actionable insights. Prepare regular sales and market performance reports for management decision-making. Work closely with internal teams (e.g., supply chain, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth order processing and inventory management. Support the team in identifying new opportunities and maintaining existing client portfolios.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in sales or account management within the FMCG industry. Proven track record in managing key accounts, particularly in modern trade (MT) or general trade (GT) channels. Strong communication and negotiation skills to establish long-term client partnerships. Proficiency in analyzing sales data and using tools like Excel and CRM software. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a team Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
