Account & Relationship Managemen

t: Develop and sustain partnerships with key clients/retail accounts (e.g., Watsons, Guardian, AEON, Tesco etc) to ensure timely communication and proactive issue resolution for long term business growth.

Sales Strategy & Growth:

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and revenue growth. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to achieve revenue targets

Promotions, Campaigns & Market Execution

: Oversee and support marketing campaigns, promotion and sampling activities. Manage in-store displays, POSM, and other brand visibility initiatives to enhance retail presence.

Market Research & Reporting:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Prepare and analyze sales performance reports (sell-in/sell-out), providing insights to adjust strategies and improve results.

Inventory & Product Management

: Ensure timely stock replenishment and manage slow-moving SKUs. Oversee the accurate processing of product listings, claims, and documentation to support smooth operations.

Coordination & Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, retailers and external vendors to ensure seamless operations and execution of business strategies.

Event & Activation Support

: Support the organization of trade fairs, roadshows, and brand activations.

Job Requirement:

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field. Min 5 years of experience in merchandising, trade marketing, or retail operations (FMCG preferred). Good negotiation, sales, and relationship management skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Proven track record in driving sales growth. Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus. Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to visit retail outlets.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
