This, along with our commitment to our local communities, is what makes working at Puratos so magical.To strengthen our team in Kuala Lumpur, we are looking for:Key Account Executive/Manager (Retails Channel)(Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)Your MissionReporting directly to the Sales Director of Large Accounts, the successful candidate for this key function will be responsible to sell and market Puratos products and ingredients in the area as assigned and to ensure that collection is done within approved credit terms, manage and grow the accounts assigned in accordance to the company\'s objectives.What you will do

• Accountable for delivering against planned sales revenue and profit (shipment, in-market sales) targets by focusing on the Territory Customers KPI\'s and sales drivers.
• Generate new customers by approaching all new key accounts with Territory Customers and follow-up/ introducing additional products to our existing customers.
• Manage the Territory Customers top accounts together with Sales Director. Continuously look for innovative opportunities to develop top customers.
• Continuously monitor performance against sales targets to identify deviations from plan and if necessary to take timely corrective actions in order to ensure the realization of agreed sales objectives.
• Responsible for monitoring Territory Customers payments and controlling of Accounts Receivables in accordance with company policy.
• Accountable for In-Market-Sales forecast accuracy in collaboration with Marketing, Customer Service and Planning.
• Gather market information regarding market trends, competitive activity and requirements for the development of new and existing products.
• Follow up closely on new and outstanding orders in co-operation with sales administration and warehouse department to assure good service to customers.
• Setting a good working example in terms of discipline and drive to achieve targets set, to the junior executives.
• Fully support & implement GMP, HACCP, FSSC22000, HALAL, Golden Unicorn, and other systems by the company.

What we expect from you

• Min STPM/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Min 5 years experience in related field (FMCG especially Retails and Food Services).
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Experience in growing business, managing responsibility, including budgets, expenses or pricing.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and local dialect.
• Passionate about baking with good personality.
• Good leadership and problem solving skill.
