Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Serve as the communication link between key customers and internal teams.
Resolve issues and problems faced by customers and handle complaints to maintain trust.
Develop trust-based relationships with major clients to ensure loyalty and long-term partnerships.
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will develop into sustainable relationships.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Negotiate contracts with key clients and ensure deadlines are met to achieve long-term client goals.
Monitor and stay updated on competitors' activities and industry trends.
The Key Account Manager has the authority to achieve the company's sales targets, goals, and objectives through leadership and management of the department's staff.
Qualification Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of five (5) years of working experience in a related field.
