  • Support the Group\'s Vision "First in Mind and First in Choice" by focusing on and continuously promoting and developing a Customer-Value and a Customer-Care driven culture within the organization.
  • Promote & implement the core Atlas Copco values of Interaction, innovation & commitment.
  • Monthly Invoice management to ensure KPI for the team are being met
  • Ensuring Aging Receivables are well managed for the team and individually to have a collective improvement every month.
  • Support service operations by working closely with Ops Team Leader and aftermarket sales team.
  • Work together with branch staff reporting Manager/HOD to build and maintain an effective team, maximizing staff potential, enhance competencies and skills development.
  • Support distributor activities as and when required only
  • To ensure all backend system are running at a Optimal level
:
  • Develop strategies to strengthen customer relations and lead branch initiatives in improving internal and external communications
  • Support and lead aftermarket sales team on activities that would help achieve the financial sales target in the branch. Focus on the promotion of aftermarket products that would help the key account customers achieve energy efficient operations
  • Plan, organize and conduct joint ASE visits to promote, negotiate and conclude orders from current and prospective customers (lost boys)
  • Ensure optimal and efficient territory coverage central ASE\'s
  • Implement service and parts marketing action plans as per directives of CTS Sales BLM
  • Monitor competitors\' activities, identify competitive threats and map business strategies against competition.
  • Evaluate customer feedback and take corrective actions when required.
  • Resolve customer disputes with regards to product performance and service.
  • Work closely with the communication team to develop communication plans & digital marketing actions to help with lead generation efforts
  • Manage 15 Key accounts and grow the business in accordance to nominal potential
  • Build focus on customer first mindset - focus and grow the relationship on key accounts.
  • Work closely with BLM and Global product Manager on establishing long term agreements with Key Accounts.
Experience Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in service industry
  • Good leadership skills
  • Good in planning & organizing
Knowledge:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good in Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions.
  • Good Customer Relationship skill
Educational Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Business Admin / Sociology discipline
Personality Requirements:
  • Result oriented and is able to get things done with minimal supervision.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • Empathetic communicator, able to see things from the other person\'s point of view.
