Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Relationship & Account Management Represent foodpanda as an ambassador for our strategic partners, possessing holistic knowledge of the entire delivery business. Build yearly business plans incorporating the growth strategies of both foodpanda and our partners. Conduct data analysis, reporting, operational, and invoicing resolutions. Understand the issues faced by our partners and execute scalable solutions. Communicate monthly/quarterly initiatives. Ensure timely and successful delivery of foodpanda\'s solutions in line with the partner\'s needs and objectives. Sales & Marketing Ensure timely and successful delivery of foodpanda\'s solutions in line with the partner\'s needs and objectives. Educate partners on the foodpanda marketing suite to grow on the foodpanda platform. Exponentially grow the commercial revenue of your partner portfolio through the selling of platform growth tools. Utilize data to identify opportunities for growth through operational best practices. Inter-departmental Projects As part of a fast-growing and highly agile industry, expect to be given opportunities to participate in the execution of high-impact projects in support of the larger foodpanda business. Collaboration Work with foodpanda\'s Commercial and Marketing teams to implement and scale marketing campaigns. Work with foodpanda\'s Commercial and Operations teams to analyse partner operational metrics and pre-empt problem areas. Requirements: At least 6 years of relevant working experience in account management. Minimum 4 years of experience in a client-facing and sales-based relationship management role. Proven B2B sales experience would be an advantage, preferably within the areas of retail, F&B, media, advertising and e-commerce/marketplace. E-commerce/marketplace experience will be highly regarded. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions in alignment with the growth strategy of your organization. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level. An analytical mindset with a penchant for identifying business opportunities within data patterns. Knowledge of the grocery business (operations, marketing) would be a big plus. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred Good knowledge of CRM software, and knowledge in Salesforce is a plus.
