Meet clients regularly, find new business, and manage key accounts.
Understand customer needs and suggest solutions that add value.
Work with Customer Service and Operations to arrange shipments.
Help plan and run marketing activities.
Keep track of market trends and daily updates.
Prepare sales and profit reports.
Follow up on payments from customers.
Maintain good relationships and handle client concerns.
Take on any other tasks assigned by the management or superiors.
Requirements:
Possess at least SPM or diploma in Marketing / Business or an equivalent field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in sales, key account management, or a related role.
Proven track record in sales (ideally within the logistics or transportation industry).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work well under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
