Requirements: Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent Preferably with 2-3 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing Preferably with experience in managing field sales team Possess a valid driving license and own transport Job responsibilities: Lead and develop sales representatives in executing field sales and key account activities Set sales target for the team Expand, review and update the coverage area of respective sales representatives Ensure line of products are appropriately and effectively managed by the sales team Ensure merchandising specification are complied at all times Ensure execution and maintenance of sales measure at customer level
