Information Technology

Assists in IT project teams in providing IT solutions to complex, high-impact business problems from project request through implementation of integrated solutions and/or infrastructure services. Has ongoing accountability for all processes, resources, budgets and deliverables related to IT projects. Oversees the team of internal and external IT resources as they plan, track and execute the project from start to completion. Recommends changes to improve the IT project management methodology.

Manufacturing Engineering

Applies knowledge of materials science to collaborate with and provide consulting to R&D, procurement and manufacturing engineering in the research, specification, sourcing and qualification of materials used in the design and production of Keysight products. Plans, evaluates and recommends technical, quality and cost specifications to meet design and business growth objectives and supply chain optimization. Identifies and qualifies alternative materials when needed. Work with suppliers to clarify specifications to meet quality, cost and manufacturability goals.

Quality Engineering

Consults to ensure high quality products are designed, engineered and manufactured by Keysight, in conformance with customer requirements, required standards and regulations. Develops and implements quality initiatives to improve the organization\'s core business processes and to influence the development of a customer-centered organization. May maintain Quality Management System (e.g., ISO9000) and support Quality Management System (QMS) improvement projects.



Finance
Provides financial services, analysis, reporting and business support to company management and/or government regulatory authorities. Ensures that Keysight operations are conducted in line with financial policies and controls. Responsible for the collection, recording, consolidation, reconciliation, analysis, reporting and presentation of accounting and financial information used by management for planning and control. Provides business management with financial decision support and analysis, portfolio management, market model analysis, business planning, and financial reporting, planning and analysis.

Logistics
Responsible for all activities involved in the management of product movement within the supply chain; ensures delivery of the right product to the
right place at the right time for the right price. Key logistics activities include: physical distribution, which includes the movement and storage of
finished goods, supplies and spare parts from manufacturing plants to warehouses to customers (typically includes warehousing, shipping, receiving,
inventory management, and localization)

Supply Chain / Production Planning / Procurement
Leads, or contributes to, the design and execution of end-to-end supply chain solutions and strategy including planning, material information and financial flows, manufacturing and logistics.
Coordinates material sourcing for new product introduction (NPI) projects, in collaboration with R&D. Establishes and manages supplier relationships including negotiating contracts and prices, monitoring supplier performance, selecting/analyzing the supply base and developing and executing the commodity plans.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree from any field of study.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• A team player with pleasant personality, good attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail.
• Proactive independent attitude.
• For technical role, fresh graduates with EE background and C++ skillset are preferable.
