• NO Working Experience required. Training will be provided.
• Required language(s):MANDARIN as most of our students are from SJKC school
• As a Tutor to teach Students in Tuition Class / Homework
• Ensure that children are safe and that their everyday needs are met - this may include making sure that they are fed and homework is completed.
• Engage in positive interaction with children to build confidence and self-esteem.
• Effectively discipline children who are misbehaving.
• Model and encourage good social skills, e.g. strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Monitor and report developmental or safety concerns.

Tanggungjawab

• Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that cater to the needs and interests of young children, ensuring a well-rounded learning experience.
• Observe and assess each child\'s progress and developmental milestones, providing individualized attention and support to address their unique needs.
• Create a positive and organized learning environment that encourages exploration, play, and social interaction while maintaining discipline and safety standards.
• Provide basic care for children, including feeding, diapering, and ensuring their overall well-being while promoting independence and self-help skills.
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians, sharing progress reports, discussing children\'s development, and addressing any concerns.
• Encourage parental involvement and participation in daycare activities and events to foster a supportive learning community.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom environment, including proper sanitization, childproofing, and emergency preparedness.
• Use positive reinforcement techniques and age-appropriate discipline methods to encourage positive behavior and manage challenging situations.
• Utilize educational materials, toys, and equipment to create stimulating and enriching learning experiences for children.
• Stay updated on early childhood education best practices and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
