Purpose of Job This role is responsible to prepare full educational teaching plan and teach children age 4,5 and 6 years old as per the School\xe2\x80\x99s objectives. Duties and Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Design and develop lesson plan suitable for children of assigned age group \xe2\x80\xa2 Organise a variety of educational aids and materials to engage children\xe2\x80\x99s learning ability \xe2\x80\xa2 Assess and observe children\xe2\x80\x99s performance and behaviour \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate with parents regularly to provide appropriate information relevant to growth of children \xe2\x80\xa2 Work harmoniously with other teachers and staff, and participate in schools\xe2\x80\x99 extra-curricular activities \xe2\x80\xa2 Other assigned tasks required of a teacher Requirement 1. Possess at least Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent 2. Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching pre-schoolers age 4, 5 or 6 in a kindergarten environment. Fresh graduates who demonstrate a keen passion to work with children are welcomed to apply. 3. Language Required : Mandarin, BM, and English, mastering at least one of these languages 4. Great passion and patience for children and able to engage children easily 5. Knowledge in any music instrument is an advantage but not essential 6. Willing to work in Cheras area, and possess own transport 7. Able to work full 8 hours from 7.30am to 4.30pm. Willing to clock in beyond work hours if required.
