Proficient in both English and Mandarin language.
A passionate commitment to the education of the whole child.
A love for children and the family system and structure.
A flexible and dynamic personality with creativity and ability to think fast.
Leadership and curriculum development skills.
Familiarity in trends in education and technology.
Formal training in a related field that covers knowledge in life span development, specifically child development (e.g. early childhood education, special education, psychology, nursing, occupational therapy, speech therapy etc.) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Participate in continuous development of and implementing our program for young children.
Maintain program administration.
Preparing developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
Teach children.
Communicate with parents and families.
Analyze and improve on existing programs, activities and plans.
