• Diploma/ Degree in any field. Preferable in Early Childhood Education
• Posses own transport and no accommodation
• Able to communicate in English
• Able to recite the Quran and solat recitation.
• Strong organization and time management abilities.
• Understand the basic concepts of Islam and preferably share the same fikrah as you do
• Wear proper hijab when they are teaching and after office hours
• Clear her own objectives for being a preschool teacher
• Love children, sabar, creative and active, good initiative, committed to Islam and their work, neat and tidy.
• Good family background, akhlaq and be an example to the children
• Be teachable and able to take instruction and understand the dakwah of islam

ResponsibilitiesACADEMIC

• Supporting the mission of TLCP:
• To instill the love of Islam and knowledge to childrenxe2x80x9d
• To give learners wonderful and effective learning experiences using best practices in early childhood education
• Learn, absorb, practice, and share with other teachers the spirit and content of The Little Caliphs Program (TLCP).
• Understand the TLCP curriculum, syllabus and content in accordance to Little Caliphs teaching methodology and TLCP quality audit requirements
• Ensure that the weekly lesson is discussed and planned with principals / academic coordinators.
• Ensure children lesson plan and reading records are filled, checked and corrected regularly in accordance to TLCP Quality Audit Guideline

KINDERGARTEN OPERATIONN

• Conduct and monitor children activities in kindergartens such as solat, mealtime, and nap time
• Prepare and train students for events such as Sports Day, Ihtifal and Mini-Concert
• Document student attendance, ensure safety, well being and treat each children with love and care at all time
• Assist principals in updating parents/guardians on children progress and all documents such as Parents Monthly Communication Book, folio, assessment, report are kept in order
• Communicate and work together with other staff to ensure smooth kindergarten academic and operations

DAYCARE

• Ensure health and safety of children from their arrival and until dismissal
• Execute for school holiday program and teachers' scheduling
• Ensure smooth operations in preparing and handling food for breakfast, lunch and tea-time
• Assist (when required) head of daycare in preparing children formula according to a feeding schedule and ensure the cleanliness of the feeding equipment
• Ensure smooth operations of daycare operations and activities at kindergarten
