Job Requirements:

At least a Diploma in any discipline but have a strong interest in teaching. Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent will have an added advantage Excellent communication skills -

spoken and written Mandarin is a MUST

Relevant experience teaching Mandarin in Early Childhood setting will be an added advantage Candidates without prior early childhood experience are encouraged to apply as training and mentorship will be provided High motivation to promote children's learning and development Bubbly and energetic personality Love, care, passion and patience with children

Job Responsibilities :

Punctuality:

To be at the designated centre to start classes on time

Teaching Excellence

: Engage in lesson planning and implementation, preparation of teaching materials, and classroom environment to ensure effective teaching and learning for children

Stakeholder Relations

: To engage and keep parents informed on the children's progress

Operation Excellence

: To maintain hygiene, health, safety, supervision and security standards pertaining to children's care and well-being

Team Spirit & Development

: To work with the centre's colleagues to organize, participate, and support Centre's curriculum events, marketing events and required trainings Any other duties assigned by the Centre Academic Manager
