Requirements

• Full Time and Part Time positions are available
• Minimum SPM or above education
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Strong Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills in Mandarin
• Adaptability and Creativity Skills to adjust teaching methods to meet students' needs and making learning engaging
• Must be passionate to work with young children and work in a team

Responsibilities
Programme Planning and Implementation

• Plan, prepare, and implement educational programs in alignment with the center's policies and curriculum framework.
• Ensure that lesson plans are developmentally appropriate, engaging, and support the holistic development of each child.
• Supervise and adapt programs as needed to cater to the individual needs and interests of children in the classroom.

Classroom Environment and Safety

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
• Arrange classroom materials and learning resources to promote independence, creativity, and collaboration.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children in the classroom.

Instilling Order and Discipline

• Foster a respectful and disciplined environment where children feel valued and are encouraged to practice good manners and self-regulation.
• Implement age-appropriate strategies to promote positive behavior, cooperation, and a sense of responsibility.

Supervision During Play and Free Time

• Actively monitor and engage with children during playtime, both indoors and on the playground, ensuring their safety.
• Encourage safe play practices, conflict resolution, and cooperation among children.

Progress Reporting and Feedback

• Prepare monthly teaching reports, documenting each child's progress and areas for improvement.
• Provide regular feedback to parents regarding their child's development, achievements, and any concerns that may arise.
