About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Kiosk Operator to join our team at BY CHEFIZA SDN BHD' in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. As a Kiosk Operator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, efficiently handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organised kiosk environment.

What you'll be doing

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and well-stocked kiosk, ensuring products are displayed neatly and appealingly Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns in a timely and effective manner Ensure proper cash handling and reconciliation procedures are followed Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately Reliability and a positive, team-oriented attitude Basic cash handling and numerical skills Proficiency in the local language and a good understanding of the local market
