Duties and Responsibilities:
Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet, assist, and engage customers to drive sales & KPIs.
Understand product offerings to deliver strong recommendations.
Support stock replenishment and basic housekeeping of kiosk.
Manage cash register and simple payment processes (e.g. e-wallets, QR codes, POS).
Collect customer feedback and report recurring concerns or product insights.
Maintain cleanliness and visual standards throughout the shift.
