Responsibilities
Prepare dough, toppings, and ingredients according to Roadside Pizza's recipes and standards.
Operate the oven and ensure every pizza meets our quality -- perfect crust, balanced toppings, right timing.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house crew for smooth daily operations.
Follow proper food-safety and hygiene practices.
Requirements
Experience in
hot kitchen
or
pizza-making
is a
big plus
.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-heat environment.
Positive attitude, responsible, and eager to learn.
Willing to work weekends, (Monday Off)
Team player with good communication skills.
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience handling ovens or dough prep.
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
Interest in artisan food, sourdough baking, or handmade cooking.
