We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Chidori Sushi Sdn Bhd in KLCC and/or LOT 10. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering exceptional retail experiences to our customers. - Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant or similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Assisting in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of our experienced chefs
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies
- Following recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes
