to support daily kitchen operations in our tomyam restaurant. The candidate will assist the cook/chef in food preparation and ensure the kitchen is clean and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in food preparation such as cutting, washing, and preparing ingredients
Support the cook/chef in preparing tomyam, soups, hot dishes, and Western food
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Help with stock arrangement and basic inventory tasks
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
Requirements:
No or minimal experience required (training will be provided)
Willing to learn and able to follow instructions
Hardworking, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Team player with a positive attitude
